In this 4 hour class, Beginner level students will make a quilted zipper pouch using a free pattern from one of my favorite designers, Purl Soho. Students will learn how to quilt through 2 layers of cotton fabric and a layer of cotton batting, install a zipper, and french seams. Materials will be included for students to complete 2 pouches, but it’s likely that we’ll only get through 1 in class.
