Materials included for 4 trays.

Absolute Beginner students will sew a simple straight seam with backstitch and apply that skill to a project, a valet tray.   Valet trays are 8” square and use snaps to create a tray that is handy for travel.  All materials are included - enough materials will be provided for 3 valet trays and students are expected to complete at least 1 complete tray in class, if not more.  

All materials included.  Fabric options will vary.

No prerequisite skills required.

New skills acquired:

-straight seams with a backstitch
-applying interfacing
-walking foot
-installing snaps
-pressing with an iron    

Materials included:

-fabric for 4 valet trays (approximately .375 yard)
-metal snaps for 4 trays
-SF101 interfacing
